During the festival, the fleet gathers in picturesque Camden Harbor for festivities reminiscent of the days when hundreds of coastal schooners lined the waterfront. Events include a parade of sail, boatbuilding and nautical exhibitions, live music, dancing, and fireworks – any or all of which may serve as inspiration for the dozens of artists who will gather to paint in and around the harbor on Friday, August 31 and Saturday, September 1.”
